Payment processing, invoices & how refunds reach you

Payment is not yet enabled. During the current phase the Service is free and no paid checkout is live (see Pricing). The following describes how payments and refunds will work once paid plans open, so business customers can make informed decisions in advance.

Contact support@aivideotranslator.co with your account and job details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method / channel where technically possible (see §0a). For payments collected via a personal-aggregation channel, refunds may be processed manually back through the same channel; timing depends on the payment processor / channel.
